Walking up the driveway, I thought to myself… the driveway and walkway were in good condition, nice landscaping, the yard was clean and tidy.  Until…I got to the front steps.  The seller had painted the rod iron railing and door trim with a fresh coat of white paint.  Not only was the railing and trim painted, but the house brick, the door bell and the concrete porch and steps had large noticeable splatters and smears. 

To most potential buyers this would trigger a red light, proceed with caution. Did the seller tackle all projects with this same care and effort?  Where is the Pride of Ownership?

Many jobs if not done properly, take more money, time and effort to undo the damage, if it can be undone at all. With all the DIY information available on the internet and at home building centers, take the extra time to read instructions on how to do a job properly.
