The fact is, there isn't much more to the average agent than the agent themselves. Most agents operate a one-person show - and they're probably breaking their backs trying to do a good job for their clients. Most agents couldn't really work any harder than they're already working.
We know, because we used to do it this way.
But we don't anymore because we found that our client's suffered from our good intentions. ONCE AGAIN THIS YEAR, KELLY AND I HAVE RECEIVED REMAX'S HIGHEST AWARD. (FOR 10 YEARS CONSECUTIVE YEARS NOW) HE PICKED UP A FEW NEW AWARDS AS WELL THIS YEAR, BUT TO BE HONEST AFTER A WHILE THEY ALL SOUND THE SAME. I AM VERY PROUD OF HIM! (AS YOU CAN TELL BY MY BRAGGING).
AND THEN THERES ME. I AM A MOTHER & WIFE FIRST BUT I DO LOVE THE CHALLENGE OF THIS BUSINESS. THERE IS SOMETHING VERY REWARDING IN KNOWING THAT PEOPLE TRUST YOU WITH SUCH A HUGE PERSONAL ENDEVOUR AND THAT THEY ARE SO SATISFIED WITH YOUR WORK THEY WILL REFER THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS. WE BOTH GET A LOT OF SATISFACTION FROM THAT. AS FOR AWARDS, I'VE GOT A FEW. I DON'T GET A LOT OF SATISFACTION FROM THE AWARDS (OKAY SOME) BUT REALLY ITS JUST NUMBERS. THE BEST REWARDS COME FROM OUR CLIENTS BEING 100% SATISFIED WITH US. SO SATISFIED THAT THEY WILL RECOMMEND US TO FAMILY, FRIENDS, NEIGHBOURS AND CO-WORKERS.
