XPX Mailer Templates:
Open House Invitation (suitable for all users)
- Upload a picture of your home, an optional picture of yourself and an optional picture of your logo
- Titled banner "You have been invited to an Open House at (your address)"
- Enter a short blurb about your property and any other information to help your campaign (ex. Coffee and snacks available)
- Enter your contact info, asking price and specs of your property
- Small graphical map to the location of your address provided by XPX.ca
- Select a desired postal code route to be mailed by Canada Post
Home for Sale (suitable for all users)
- Upload a picture of your home, an optional picture of yourself and an optional picture of your logo(if you wish not to provide a picture of yourself and logo, you may upload one picture of your choice)
- Titled banner "Home for Sale"
- Enter a short blurb about your property and why you want to sell
- Enter your contact info, asking price and specs of your property
- Small graphical map to the location of the address provided by XPX.ca
- Select a desired postal code route to be mailed by Canada Post

- Enter your contact info, monthly rent and specs of your property

- Select a desired postal code route to be mailed by Canada Post
Advertise a Service (Realtors and Mortgage Specialists Only)
- Upload a graphic of your choice, a picture of yourself and a picture of your logo
- Titled banner of your choice ex. "Home Evaluations", "Available 24/7" etc.
- Submit two color schemes of your choice to match your logo
- Enter desired text to discuss your services and any promotions you may have
- Enter your contact info, company info etc.
- Select a desired postal code route to be mailed by Canada Post

How it Works
- After purchasing your personalized postcards, an email will be sent to you requesting your desired text and images
- Submit your information and you will be emailed back with a proof of your personalized postcards, please allow 24hrs for our graphic designers to finalize
- Reply with your approval then allow two days for printing
- Postcards are mailed out every Thursday of the week
